How Zebras Got thier Stripes?
Long, long ago there was a donkey that was white and a bit short. The donkey’s enemy was a short horse that was as black as night and every two days they would ambush each other.
One day the horse tried to ambush the donkey and the donkey tried to ambush the horse but Zeus and Athena the gods of the jungle were watching. Meanwhile the donkey and the horse set off at the same time to ambush each other.
Midway through the jungle horse bumped into Athena and donkey bumped
Into Zeus. “Come with me!” shouted Zeus and Athena angrily.
A couple of minutes later the donkey and the horse were at the tree house of the jungle where Zeus and Athena lived. “Where are we?” asked horse brainlessly.
“You’re in the tree house of the jungle,” replied Zeus intelligently.
“We’re sick and tired of you to fighting all the time!”Explained Athena furiously.
While the horse and the donkey were sorting things out Zeus and Athena were coming up with a plan of their own. They called the donkey and the horse backup to the tree house Zeus and Athena clapped their hands together at the same time really hard and it made a big enough boom to echo through the entire jungle.
Thirty seconds later out walked a black and white striped animal called a Zebra. And that’s how a zebra was formed.

the traditions that i see include many dances tribal and spiritual and at the ceremonies they teach people there traditions through dance. the masks that they wear at the dances and ceremonies are believed to be connections to the spirits.
traditions are important to many cultures because there ancestors have told many stories and they have carried down to become legends. traditions are also important because they are a history in a sense.
some of the main materials that are used in the making of masks are turtle shells, metal, and paper mache.
it is important to keep things sacred such as the secrets behind the mask and the secrets behind the legends because it is what keeps the culture bound together
the materials that are used reflect the culture and geography in the mask because it lets us know what elements and materials were available at the time that mask was made.
